Refunds:

2. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
   • The course or digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used beyond 25% of its content.
   • A valid reason for the refund is provided, such as technical issues or discrepancies in the product description.
   • Proof of purchase, including the order ID or receipt, must be included in the request.
3. Refund requests for subscription services must be made before the next billing cycle begins.
4. Refunds will not be granted for the following:
   • Completed courses or products.
   • Promotional or discounted items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellations:

1. Orders for single purchases can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
2. Cancellation of subscription services must be requested at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges.
